1. Description

This complex of 3 plants: Canada fleabane + Meadowsweet + Horsetail relieves joint and muscle pain in winter. In Chinese medicine: Canada Fleabane eliminates heat and oxidisation, mainly focusing on the small intestine, large intestine, gall bladder and liver.

Meadowsweet eliminates water and tones the kidneys.

Horsetail is rich in minerals (10% silicon) and flavonoids, and is essential for bones, cartilage, tendons and ligaments. Horsetail also has a diuretic effect.

2. Directions for use

3 to 6 capsules a day, taken in 2 doses with a large glass of water, 10 minutes before the two main meals.
