Harpagophytum, Blackcurrant and Ash promote joint flexibility. At the same time, Ash strengthens the body's locomotor system and helps maintain tendon flexibility. The flavonoids, tannins and anthocyanosides, contained in the Blackcurrant leaf, facilitate venous circulation, contributing to good blood circulation and promoting a sensation of light legs. Finally, Kelp (Fucus vesiculosus) helps to control wight. Due to its iodine content, it is not recommended for people sensitive to iodine.

2. Directions for use

Dilute 2 to 3 doses of 10 mL in 1 glass of water (20 cL), preferably in the morning.

A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
