This formula contains 5 ingredients:

 

-melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and to reduce the effects of jet lag*.

 

-Poppy and Melissa promote a good night's sleep, help reduce nervousness and make it easier to fall asleep.

 

-Vitamins B1, B6 and B9 have a more targeted action on nerve cells, contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the synthesis of melatonin.

 

-Vitamin B6 also helps to reduce fatigue.

 

*The beneficial effects of melatonin are obtained by taking 1 mg shortly before bedtime. As a precaution, this product is not recommended for children under 12 or pregnant women.

 

 

2. Directions for use

1 spray to be taken in the evening before bedtime or if you wake up at night.

 

Do not exceed the indicated dose.
