This formula combines coenzyme Q10 with flaxseed oil, which contains alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3). One capsule per day provides a high dose of Q10. Q10 is found in our diet but is often destroyed during cooking. As Q10 is fat-soluble, its absorption is enhanced when taken with fatty acids (such as flaxseed oil).
