2. Directions for use

Adult: 3 capsules a day, for 10 days, with meals (repeat 15 days later).

Child: 1 capsule a day, for 10 days, with meals (repeat 15 days later).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep away from light, heat and humidity. Not recommended for pregnant women, children under the age of 12 or people taking anticoagulants.
