1. Description

Femina Concept Serenity is a dietary supplement that combines four plant extracts — ashwagandha KSM-66®, saffron, Baikal skullcap, and cocoa — with vitamins B6 and B9. This formula brings together, in two capsules per day, ingredients from different botanical origins and two vitamins that contribute to the normal functioning of the body.

Ashwagandha KSM-66® is an extract from the root of Withania somnifera. Saffron comes from Crocus sativus. The formula also contains an extract of Scutellaria baicalensis, known as Baikal skullcap, as well as an extract of cocoa (Theobroma cacao). Each extract is identified and quantified in the nutritional information below.

What does the formula contribute to?

The vitamins B6 and B9 contribute to normal psychological functions and help reduce fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. These effects correspond to authorised claims for the relevant vitamins; they do not constitute a promise of effect specific to each of the plant extracts, nor an indication for the treatment of stress, anxiety, or sleep disorders. Femina Concept Serenity is available in a box of 60 plant-based capsules, providing 30 days of use at a rate of two capsules per day.

2. Usage Advice

Take 2 capsules per day, in accordance with the technical data sheet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions for use: not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. In case of thyroid disorders, seek medical advice before use due to the presence of ashwagandha. If undergoing antidepressant, anxiolytic, or psychotropic treatment, consult a healthcare professional before use.
