2. Usage Tips

5 capsules per day taken in 2 doses with a large glass of water, namely 3 capsules at 10:00 and 2 capsules at 14:00.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store the product away from light, heat, and moisture. A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

Dolomite, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator: potassium citrate (E332), capsule (gelatine), powder of linden wood (Tilia cordata), powder of aerial parts of field horsetail (Equisetum arvense), zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
