Our sedentary lifestyle, unbalanced diet and excessive smoking and drinking predispose us to excess blood pressure.

The new formula of Tensicalm® contains:

- olive leaf extract, which helps maintain normal blood pressure,

- quercetin, a very powerful flavonoid which has been the subject of a vast scientific research,

- bromelain, which works in synergy with quercetin. Quercetin alone is very poorly absorbed by the gastrointestinal system. Bromelain stimulates its absorption.

1 capsule morning, midday and evening with a large glass of water, 10 minutes before meals.
