Policosanol is a plant-derived extract obtained from sugar cane.

2. Usage Tips
1 capsule per day with a large glass of water during the evening meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product away from light, heat, and moisture. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, adults over 70 years of age, individuals with liver, kidney, or muscle problems, or those intolerant to statins. Not recommended in case of taking hypolipidaemic medications or concurrent consumption of grapefruit (juice or fruit). Do not consume if taking medications to reduce cholesterol. Do not consume if taking another product containing red yeast rice. Seek advice from a doctor regarding the consumption of monacolins in case of health issues.
